A NOTE ABOUT COMBINATION TESTING
If you have selected a combination test for purchase (e.g., Lyme and ApoE or Lyme and Comprehensive Oral), the two samples must be returned together in order to receive the discounted price.
The recipient will receive one LabPak with the two kits inside; this kit will be numbered and tracked by our lab.
Returned samples will not be accepted if not received together. Combo kits will be sent out with a one-day return shipping label.
About Shipping and Processing
Your purchase includes free standard shipping (both ways), lab processing, and a full report with the results of the sample you provide to us.
Lab Processing: Samples are processed in the order they are received.
Standard Reporting: Standard Reporting time is within 10 business days from the date the sample and payment is received by DNA ConneXions®.
Rush Report Processing (optional, $99): Rush Report Processing time is guaranteed within 5 business days from the date the sample and payment is received by DNA ConneXions®. You can select Rush Processing option on the Checkout page right before entering your payment information. See example (click to enlarge):

Important Note Regarding All Tests:
In order to return valid test results, it’s critical that directions are followed exactly as they are provided.
Failure to do so may yield inaccurate results and a new test will have to be completed.
Please be advised that the cost of a new test kit is $50.
In accordance with our medical devices policy, our test kits require samples collected at home and are analyzed in a lab.
We do not provide a diagnosis or additional services.
