Your purchase includes free standard shipping (both ways), lab processing, and a full report with the results of the sample you provide to us.
Lab Processing: Samples are processed in the order they are received.
Standard Reporting time is within 10 business days from the date the sample and payment is received by DNA ConneXions.
Rush Reporting time is guaranteed within 5 business days from the date the sample and payment is received by DNA ConneXions.
Ordering from outside of the U.S: DNA ConneXions can service most international locations. Depending on location, an international shipping fee will be applied to your cart upon checkout.
We do not accept orders from or ship test kits to New York.
If you wish to check in advance to ensure feasibility, please email info@ dnaconnexions.com and provide the complete shipping address and our shipping department will make the determination if we can receive your sample back within our transport time frame.
